Hydro Pool

Went for my first Hydro physio today and was very pleased with myself . I was able to do all the things that I was asked today and still had a little puff in me afterwards . Cait stayed and watched me and was very interested in what was going on . I know that after a few of these lessons I will be able to do them myself and then there will be no stopping me . I am full of confidence and want it that way . The pain and inconvenience has been all worth it and only hope that the Dr see it that way too in a couple of months .
