Went to the specialist yesterday and was met like a lost friend. He was pleased with my progress. I have 110 degrees in the pool and 105 out of the pool . WOW was his response keep up the good work . you will be running soon. I felt so inspired after I left the surgery. I will continue to do pool work for the next three months seeing if I can get a better bend but will not be to disappointed if I do not.
Loosing 15 Kilos as well makes me feel good too I feel and look great in a costume and my clothes are starting to get to big for me too.
