Have waited till now to post these as it has taken me a few weeks to design and make the quilt. Around April I received two wonderful articles that I will treasure for a long time to come, one was from my scrapping friends on line these ladies live all over Australia and I love them all . They made me a album that means more than I can say there were so many beautiful pages with layouts giving encouragement and it just made me feel so warm inside and have a real fuzzy feeling . It sits proudly on my coffee table in my lounge room and all who look at it admire . I also received some material for quilting and many embellishments and some Patterned paper that I have and am enjoying using on my layouts and in my Birthday album .

I also received some material for quilting and many embellishments and some Patterned paper that I have and am enjoying using on my layouts and in my Birthday album .The other was from a group of ladies that I quilt with one to three times a week at a club not far from my home . These ladies made a block of hand quilted hearts in either pink , blue and purple and handed them to me on my birthday . As the blocks were all various sizes I had to come up with a design to incorporate them in a quilt so I decided to add three colours to bring them all together I choose black with silver leaves for the lattice and pink and lilac for the squares and border I think it looks great and will use it when I go to retreats and when it is cold to wrap around myself on cold winter nights
