Tomorrow is Christmas eve one of my favourite times of the year . Tomorrow I will cook the chicken, beef, corned beef and get the ham ready Graeme is doing the sea food for me then I will gather the ingredients for the salads cook the rice and potato's so they can cool, prepare the deserts . this year I am serving custard and fruit using mixed berries as well as hot Christmas pudding. After a scrap tea we both sit down and watch Carols before going to bed . It will be great having all the grands here along with our children. I just love CHRISTMAS love to watch the grands open their presents seeing the look on their faces is so special to me . I then ring my bro in Sydney and we all have a few minutes talking to him making his day special too. then on Chrismas night we are having a few friends over to enjoy the time with them .
