It's been 5 .5 weeks now since I first got shingles I have been so ill I never knew that I had chicken pox as a child must have only had a mild case and that's all it takes to have the virus anyway I received the shingles on Fathers day and by the Tuesday they were in full bloom . I had vomiting and I felt so ill along with all the other symptoms and I felt so sorry for the Dr. as he was unable to do much for me at the time. I still get attacks of violent pain at times but at lease the rash is going and the pain is only two or three times a day now . It left me so drained and I have not wanted to do much at all both around the house or craft wise not at all like me at all.
Phillips and my plans for retirement are moving along nicely we have most of the house sorted out getting rid of things and rearranging our home to suit us . We bought a new cupboard today and it keeps all our craft work neat and tidy and out of sight too but most of all provides us with valuable space to store and we can take it with us when we move . We will wait till the right time before we put our home on the market as we do not want to give our home away once we sell this place will then be a house till we find another home for us to buy. This time in our lives is very exciting for us and we are both looking forward to the weeks ahead .
