Mandurah is about 60k from here, we have always loved visiting there on holidays and I always have promised Pip that if we could we would retire and live my the water well our dream has come true . Our new home is about 2 minutes drive from the sea and about 7 minutes walk we are situated a little south of Mandurah at a a place called Halls head in a area called Seascapes, We have a four bedroom two bathroom with very little yard to look after. raised flower or veggie beds at the rear and a great informal outdoor living area . the nearest shops for food ect. are about 3 minutes drive away with bus stops near by too.
