Though I would share a recipe with you as the colder months are heading our way this is filling , cost effective and full of nutrition just want we want these days.

Elie's Soup

4 to for 6 lamb neck chops or similar
2 cups of vegetables I use pumpkin , celery, carrot, beans, onion
1 1/3 liters water or stock
1 to 2 cans chopped tomato's

cook in slow cooker for 8 hours on slow or in a saucepan till meat is cooked then add a can of peas or similar if liked serve with crusty bread or toast yummy
